William & Kate Firm Up Their Holiday Schedule

On Dec. 21, William and Kate will see the work of Centrepoint, the organization that works to help homeless young people aged 16-25. William, patron of the charity, was introduced to it by his late mother.

The royal couple plan to take part in a healthy cooking session at a Centrepoint project in South London, attend a performance from the winner of a Centrepoint’s Got Talent show, and catch a group session of the charity’s “Workwise” program.

During the couple’s July trip to Los Angeles, they visited Inner-City Arts, a school which they helped link up with Centrepoint.

Soon, the palace will announce the individual causes and charities Kate is hoping to adopt as she begins her solo royal work.

Meanwhile, the couple are to spend their first Christmas together at the Queen’s home, Sandringham, with the rest of the royals.

There is also a second outing scheduled for next week, when the two – along with Prince Harry – will attend the “Millies,” an awards show on Dec. 19 honoring the bravery of the servicemen and women in the U.K.
